  69.     RGNSHOW now checks for the TZ environment variable for calculating
  70.     local time.  This fixes the problem with RGNSHOW setting the "Min:"
  71.     field in the node listing to an incorrect value.  RGNSHOW worked fine
  72.     on my system until Daylight Savings Time came along - then it was
  73.     suddenly an hour off.  I _believe_ previous versions of RGNSHOW
  74.     were biased to my time zone (EST) only, and its "Min:" estimate was
  75.     off 60 minutes for each time zone difference between there and EST.

  77.     Now RGNSHOW *should* correctly set the "Min:" setting, based on the
  78.     TZ variable.  If there are any problems, PLEASE let me know.
